If you fail to appear on an arraignment date, a warrant may be issued, or you may be mailed a notice rescheduling your court date. Reset notices are mailed to the address on file.
It is the defendant's responsibility to contact the Court Office to update mailing addresses and contact information.
Warrants are issued for failing to appear on a trial date. If you are arrested and post a bond for release from jail, your bond may be forfeited if you fail to appear.
