Commendation and Complaint Process

The Hartselle Police Department strives for excellence.  Therefore, we have a commendation process to reward officers for going above and beyond the call of duty. Sometimes we may fall short of our standards as well. To ensure our officers are recognized for going beyond and disciplined for falling short, we have a structured process to review all actions of our employees.
