We have changed our class schedule from Tuesdays and Thursdays to Mondays and Thursdays. We invite you to join us for our low-impact senior exercise class. It is free to attend, and we provide all the necessary equipment.

We are pleased to introduce the "Leaps of Faith" dance class, led by the esteemed professional dance instructor, Laney DeMaris. With 13 years of experience, including 7 years dedicated to teaching adaptive dance, she has worked with students aged 2 to 70, catering to a variety of diverse needs and abilities. Mrs. DeMaris is driven by a passion for helping her students uncover their potential and recognize their remarkable capabilities.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, is a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and is currently pursuing a master's degree in social work. This adaptive dance and movement class invites participants to explore various forms of dance and movement, promoting strength, flexibility, coordination, and, most importantly, JOY!!! "Leaps of Faith" warmly welcomes all friends with physical limitations, intellectual differences, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Please note that the class requires a minimum of 4 students and will accommodate a maximum of 10. Make sure to reserve your spot before the seats are filled.
