REQUEST FOR BID
The City of Hartselle is seeking bids for the purchase of a Hydraulic Hammer.
Individual sealed bids must be submitted by Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. CST at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud. Additional copies of the bid specifications and bid form can be obtained from the City Clerk’s office between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Bids should be submitted to:

All bid envelopes should be clearly marked as containing a sealed bid for a “Hydraulic Hammer”. Attached is a copy of the minimum specifications required by the City of Hartselle. Delivery date must be stated on bid as well as any warranties. If purchased, a service manual must be provided.
The City of Hartselle has the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any technicalities.
No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the time set for receiving bids.
